She won! Renee Hardman has kept State Senate District 16 in Democratic hands, preventing a GOP supermajority in the Iowa Senate! Another battle won. And more to come. Keep fighting, folks. I'll also add it's kind of wild to see the New York Times giving special coverage to our State Senate race.

As far as building larger communities (something Signal makes difficult, as it's just a messaging app), once you get above a certain community size it's no longer the platform (e.g. Discord) that's your security problem.
