We should repeal it, but we can also get the government to legislate for birthright citizenship - problem is, none of them will touch it with a barge pole & it isn’t a big issue for most people by a long way.

Disappointing to see new car parks installed next to Met Éireann weather station at Shannon Airport. The station is now surrounded by tarmac car parks which is likely to influence the temperature in that area. Time to relocate station to a more open area surely?

Chatbots — LLMs — do not know facts and are not designed to be able to accurately answer factual questions. They are designed to find and mimic patterns of words, probabilistically. When they’re “right” it’s because correct things are often written down, so those patterns are frequent. That’s all.
