I probably blocked you on Twitter & will probably block you here. Sportscar and IndyCar posts aplenty here.
Out of the game and still better at motorsports rumors than your favorite media members.
Don't care about your newsletter, podcast, Patreon, etc.

I don't know who some of y'all that follow me are, and that's pretty cool cause it means you have no idea what kind of horrible shit I'm gonna add to your timeline.

Hi. I like sportscar and IndyCar. My "content" is unhinged memes and everything else. You're free to mute or block me. Enjoy the ride!
I get shit happens. But $100 billion in interest *savings* is not emergency level stuff - this is people being irresponsible and putting shiny new things on their credit cards and not paying them off.

Tip: don't do that. Or do, fuck it, you're paying for my rewards like my flight to Indy last year.

"Americans would save roughly $100 billion in interest a year if credit card rates were capped at 10%."

Holy shit we're fucked as a society.

"Polis, who was convicted on seven charges, including four felonies for unauthorized access to election machines, is a 70-year-old lung cancer survivor."

Oof that's a bad mistake to make.

Well, the pretense is that I'm clearly not in my right mind today.

So I'm not a big pizza person in general, it's just one of my quirks, but WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU CALL ONE OF THE CART SCREENS THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE?
January 10, 2026 at 10:52 PM
On top of the game and DLC running $105 if bought separately.

If they ever start with the "well we can find you a family plan" I just look at them and go "please, do tell me how I should get my 80 year old dad to change his cell phone plan from 5 states away?"

None of it is true, but I've *never* gotten pushback once I tell them I can't swap the others.

Hard to keep up the numbers when everyone's been killed off already.
In 2025, the city of Detroit, Michigan, saw its lowest number of homicides since 1965, recording only 165 as the city marked a downward trend from 203 homicides in 2024 and 252 homicides in 2023.

"How much do you pay for your phone service?"
"I run my family plan and it's 4 lines for $80"
"oh"
"yeah, you wasted your time, congrats"
"well what about your internet?"
"I live in a complex with an exclusivity agreement with Comcast"
"Oh"
"yeah, you wasted your time again"

White people are generally the cause of the problem most of the time, but who's going to tell the *Canadian* that:
Hispanics went from Biden+25 (61-36) to Kamala+3 (51-48), or that Trump doubled the voting share of Black voters (8% in 2020, 16% in 2024), or that Asian voters went from D+40 to D+17?

I ... I'm so sorry.
January 10, 2026 at 3:31 AM
5/12, 6/11, 7/10, 8/9 and then the 1 plays the lowest seed is seemingly inevitable, but also Indiana/Miami in the Turd Bowl instead of the title game would probably have prevented Ohio State losing so there are flaws in this idea.
January 10, 2026 at 3:24 AM
So when do they change the CFP so that the highest seed plays the lowest seed in each round like the NFL?

TBH the kid knew way more about WEC than I do, which isn't really saying much since I watched... Part of Le Mans and part of Fuji this year, but still.

And yes, of fucking course it happened at the Target in the super affluent area, not my local one. We're too middle class for that.
January 10, 2026 at 3:11 AM
Ran into a kid in Target that but only recognized my IMSA jacket but said "I like your jacket", knew what IMSA was and told a story of how his dad was friends with one of the Porsche drivers.

It's great to run into any kids that know what racing that isn't NASCAR (yeah yeah) is. Good day today.

Catholic priests be like "what do you mean Dix aren't for kids?"
I'm going to make a competing cereal called "Dix." "Trix are for kids. Dix are for men."
what fresh hell is this on the streets of brooklyn?

~$40k MSRP should not be called affordable.
The Tesla Model 3 is the best affordable EV you can buy in 2026
January 10, 2026 at 12:17 AM
No, but I can make things more fun

When there's a deadline of December 31 for something, January 9 is not the day to ask whether your application made it into the system.
January 9, 2026 at 9:38 PM
Yeah cause $10/month to let me upload more images for emoji is definitely not "aggressively monetizing" already.
"The company is going to have to find ways to monetise more aggressively" Would Discord going public be good or bad for its users? We spoke to an expert to find out

Look, I'm impressed that the lowest common denominators of society can meet even the barely level here.
January 9, 2026 at 4:19 PM
Lmfao this headline again already?
January 9, 2026 at 2:30 PM
I really don't like the idea of either Miami or Ole Miss being in the championship game, but I guess the lesser of two evils is Ole Miss so ... go Hoosiers/Ducks?
