Again, I hate to be Petty Murray, but as appropriator, I would taken the studies and specifically reauthorized every one of them, and then penalize the NIH. As we discovered with the nine Senators, who get 500,000 from DOJ, you can sneak some wild provisions in at the last minute.

Again, I hate to be Petty Murray, but as appropriator, I would taken the studies and specifically reauthorized every one of them, and then penalize the NIH. As we discovered with the nine Senators, who get 500,000 from DOJ, you can sneak some wild provisions in at the last minute.
