A family friend was telling us about what her husband shared about his experience in Broadview before he was deported back to Mexico. She's been sharing to friends and family because she's just in disbelief & horror what her husband told her. She wasn't able to talk to him until he was in Mexico.

The reason these mass demonstrations are allowed to happen is because it lets the steam out of the pot in a controlled way. It's meant to feel like action so that you dont follow up after. The frustration is that during these times, the follow up is REALLY important.
