if you're having problems sitting down and reading start really small
3-5 pages or set a timer for 5-10 minutes. just get in the habit. do it every day. you CAN be become a reader!

i have (unmedicated) ADHD and it's very hard for me to sit down and read but i force myself to do it because reading is important.
