Not sure calling the Sea Devils 'Homo Aqua' works, seeing as they're a separate species from humans entirely. And dropping sapiens instead, which means wise, seems unfair. Something else and then sapiens is maybe more respectful?

We imagined a future where intelligent self aware AI takes over the world by force, and what we got was Clippy with ideas above his station.

My heart age is apparently 51, ahead of me by four years. Frustrating, this trying to be healthy lark. I thought I was pretty good health wise until the last few years when my heart decided to be a total prick.

This is the first criticism that has stuck to Farage in the media. He now has to switch modes from 'reform isn't racist, it's common sense' to 'we're just friendly racists'. He's on the defensive for the first time, and the media should just hammer him while they can.

Excuse me, just going to waste a day trying to mentally write a sketch involving Zeno and the chorus of Living on a Prayer. Well, half a day, then half of that, and so on.

Disney are nearly finished with their live action remakes of their cartoons. Once the last film wraps, the actors will be taken outside and humanely shot. All sets will be turned into mulch.

This is irrelevant news but I want to put it somewhere. One of my childish hobbies is playing Rimworld, and for the first time since I started playing it years ago I finally got the little fuckers to get into a ship and leave the planet. This makes me happy. You get a little song too.

Every chess game I play with my son ends up like this. Everything is trapped, and I lose because I can't keep in my head the dozens of outcomes for every move, and so make a mistake and it snowballs.

I keep hearing the name Mia Goth. I have never seen a picture of her and know nothing about her, but would be very disappointed if I saw one of her films and she wasn't in fact a goth.

This goes for films. Release it on streaming first. If I like it, I'll go the pictures to see it again or buy a fancy blu ray.
My strongest book-related belief is that the paperback should come first and then the hardback after for people who want a fancy edition.
