8. (this is quite recent): Nicotine protocol, followed by choline supplementation. I felt quite unsure about trying this until my doctor brought it up without any prompting from me, and the last few months after doing it have shown sustained baseline improvement, like holy wow I can drive?!?!

I found the patches remarkably effective in combatting the worst nausea when cannabis was unaccessible or unreliable (edibles instead of vape/smoke). Vv grateful to have found/followed this work before exiting Xitter.

(Nausea is rarely an issue now, 2.5yrs into treatment/adaptation.)

Viel trinken. Ehrlich gesagt glaube ich nicht an die Theorie mit den freigesetzten Spikes. Es gibt ein Paper, die haben versucht, Spikes an diese Rezeptoren zu binden, die gingen da gar nicht so ran. Nikotin stimuliert das Immunsystem. Das ist irgendwie kaputt und braucht einen Anstoß. Denke ich.

I don’t think @thenicotinetest.bsky.social is fully active over here yet, but after seeing some folks with varying levels of n=1 success, I figured for like $10/box, I’d give it a go. Neuropathy in my hands and feet gone in a day! It was wild. A bit less fatigue, more resilient vs. brain fog.
