Lots of distractions out there but the climate continues to change in a non-linear way and in a direction that is hostile to many lifeforms including us. Are we capable of unified action to do what has to be done or is our fate already prescribed?

COP38 is mired in indecision because we have been far too slow. We have not made meaningful reductions in emissions and failed to move to sustainable consumption of the earth's resources. As a consequence the actions needed are just too drastic to contemplate
