My husband is an artist who makes orreries (clockwork planetary models) out of metal and glass. When I was struggling to finish my novel, he made me a deal: if I finished the book, he'd make me an orrery based on the world of my novel.

So a bit of a shit day today!
We've had to say goodbye to our precious Lulu as she has made the journey over the rainbow 🌈 bridge! After a short (3 mth) illness with cancer she passed away peacefully in her Mumma's arms this morning! There were so may tears! R.I.P. our precious Lulu-bell!

So my wife and I went to see 'Uproar' this evening. A kiwi movie starring Julian Dennison, James Rolleston, Rhys Darby, Minnie Driver.
Probably the best movie I have seen in quite a while! I laughed, I cried, I got angry, I was moved!
