Of course even the murder of “guilty” civilians is outrageous and illegal. The executives from the tobacco giants like Altria (Philip Morris) who donated to Trump’s ballroom certainly hope so.
Tobacco will kill 480,000 people in the US this year according to the CDC. That’s SIX times more than all US drug overdose deaths. Does that mean we’re going to drone strike the homes of tobacco executives in the US? Can other countries target them? Here’s the video of my debate on Al Jazeera:

Remember in May when Trump gave asylum to 17 family members of the Sinaloa cartel after making a deal with El Chapo’s son? And did you know in 2013, El Chapo bribed Juan Hernandez- who trump just pardoned - in exchange for protection in Honduras? I’m sure it’s all just a coincidence.
