Therapy helped me realize my biggest hater was myself. Years of trauma wired my brain to have constant negative thoughts which caused the anxiety and then the depression.
I’m not perfect but the the tools provided help when I’m feeling unwell.

People equate “musical genius” to playing instruments/composing/singing, but making beats is composition. Just a less rigid system. It still requires deep understanding of music theory to make the music good, and Michael Jackson, Timbaland, Mannie Fresh all did it without playing instruments

You can be a musical genius in your own way. Kanye maybe mentally ill and has been for years but he’s very talented in his own way as an artist and a producer. He’s produced ALOT of great music.

This new client, a referred customer, asked for a FULL SPREAD for his bday gathering (10 people…he gave me a menu consisting of 5 meats & 5 sides). A lot of food. I sent the invoice expecting him to reduce/reconsider. This MF paid in full and added gratuity, no questions asked!
