In times like these it’s nice to celebrate a small win. Super excited to hit 400 subs on YouTube. I work extremely hard on this channel, I hope it shows. 500 is next! Would be incredible to hit that first partner step this year.

I just want to say, the work @yozetty.bsky.social and the rest of the @minnmax.com crew has been doing over the past week just reporting and commenting on the ground in Minneapolis while also somehow delivering their slate of games coverage is so remarkable.
"You raise your voice, I erase your voice."

ICE in Minneapolis are erasing your rights.
Please share our new video of what's happening in our city. youtu.be/W1dyNcRGRXY

Listening to a lot of old Sesame Street songs with the boy lately.

Every time "The People In Your Neighborhood" comes on I getemotional.

It's a song you would never sing around ICE for fear you'd introduce them to someone they'd shoot.

This regime only understands violence as community connection

The AFC championship was Broncos v Bills and it was marred by Josh's worst playoff performance and some truly insane refereeing. This was certainly the worst AFC pool since playoff expansions. Hope Darnold and the Hawks absolutely dog walk Vrabel.

How do we see the future? Is it an expansion of possibility and imagination, a canvas on which we can paint anything? Or is the future a contraction? A place where ideas are bound by the spaces we’re given to create them — a place that determines what we’re allowed to dream youtu.be/F0K2DnI1TDk

Going to film a new video for my Youtube channel tomorrow for the first time since last spring. Hoping it lands well because I'd like to do a version of this format regularly. Keeping it mostly unscripted too which is a first for me, so we'll see how that goes.

I don’t know dude. I’m not okay.

I really want to be done watching people get shot. I wanted to be done with that when I was a kid on the Internet watching our illegitimate war in Iraq unfold. I wanted to be done when I watched Tamir Rice gunned down in Cleveland. I want to be done now.

Where is our national press? The government has been shooting at and harassing clergy for months. This used to be a red line. The reality is their red line moved, not yours. They’re cowards.
ICE attacked an observer after they tailed a group of clergy on a spiritual pilgrimage.

Our digital producer @sam.vp just so happened to be with the clergy on their journey. He spoke with the observer who was attacked and others who witnessed the assault.

Hanif Abdurraqib's writing and Julien Baker's music have been constant companions of mine through the 2020s.

Incredible to encounter both reconfigured as urgent backdrops to the options "you wish were made available" in this piece by @ashlikeadragon.bsky.social
