First ride for me in a #Class730 on 2W22 11:07 Walsall to Wolverhampton (from BHM). Light and spacious and seems quick off a stand but sitting over the rear bogie end on ironing board seats, comfortable it’s not.

Just spotted @shellienic.bsky.social boarding 2H43 at BHM. Didn’t get chance to say hi.

Today 27th November marks the 80th anniversary of the RAF Fauld explosion in Staffordshire. 70 people lost their lives in what is (and hopefully remains) the largest explosion in the UK.
