However, the Justice Department reportedly resisted the move, citing First Amendment concerns regarding free speech and assembly rights. Federal officials noted that unless a group engages solely in criminal violence, it is difficult to legally designate as a terrorist organization." He's good at fear mongering and drumming distractions though, that's for sure!
