See you in the trees.
Yesterday I was able to score a couple of these from Costco, the Blood remake dropped, and the Robocop crowdfunded statue was finally placed after almost 15 years. It was a great day for high school me.

There are plenty of valid avenues to criticize democrats, we all know this. That said, unless you are actually running for something or working for a progressive campaign, your opinion is a lot less interesting than you might think.

Appreciation post for Brooklyn-based artist BKFoxx's mural outside the Second Avenue F stop in the East Village ... a homage to John Carpenter's 1988 cult classic "They Live."

Got the Wes Anderson 4k box today (along with Spinal Tap and History of Violence.) It's pretty outstanding- the only thing missing are the print extras and cover art from prior releases. Psyched to do a chronological rewatch in higher def!

Finally got to see Sweeney Todd live yesterday and it was great. I forgot how much was cut from the movie version- it was a reminder I need to rewatch the OG theater DVD again.

Looking forward to the 4k Atmos Time Warp in a week or so! 📽
It's just a jump to the left...

I have been waiting for this one all week. The Rocky Horror Picture Show was released on this date in 1975, how is that possible.

So many midnight shows, so many costumes, so many audience lines, So! Much! Fun!

I'd agree that One Battle After Another is great. It's not my favorite PTA, but it's one of his best I think. I don't like when villains have villain-y names, and it may be a bit long for rewatches, but it's pretty thrilling/timely and who doesn't love Benicio- he's in top form here.

I did like this one quite a bit, though it's one of Cronenberg's more talk-y films. Interesting concept and strong performances. 📽

Its finally here and maybe my favorite packaging ever- the sparkling sand at the bottom does a snow globe-like effect. 4k comes with a reprint of the comic and an extended copy of the documentary that Arrow couldn't deliver on. From AU to WI! #Dune #DavidLynch 📽
