I have not read the Dawn of Fire series yet, will I be able to follow and understand the new Master of Rites book by Rob Young? It follows the ultramarine Ferren Areios.
While I’m at it, should I dig into Dawn of Fire?

1. I can listen in environments where reading a book is impractical (in the dark, noisy room, yard work, eating, walking, etc)
2. The narrator adds to the reading experience. Especially if there's a "full cast" of readers.
