There is a Town of Salem 2 youtuber who managed to create a very healthy viewership for himself despite the fact that 98% of the people watching him have never played the game. Town of Salem is even smaller than competitive Splatoon but that does not matter because he's entertaining.

More paint = more waves. More waves = more assists. More assists = more aura farming. More aura farming = more mobility. More mobility = less gear restriction. Less gear restrictions = more special saver. More special saver = more waves.
