I'm a little bit excited tonight. Going to be cooking and trying Samphire for the first time. I want to see how well it pairs with fish, very well apparently. Said to be quite salty. Anyone got suggestions for it?

I like to pull stupid faces at my dog from across the room when she looks at me. We then enter this sort of staring contest, with me still pulling a stupid face. I end up losing because I just start laughing at her face. She kind of has that crying cat meme face. She then comes over ❤️
