Woke up and hungry, but unsure what to do. Didn't fancy granola. Tossed some spinach, rice, and some hoisin sauce together. I do like spinach. It's got more going for it than other leafy shit. Lettice is so mediocre.

Spider bite update. It went down from a small bump after a few hours. Today it's swollen up around the site and itches a little. Arm isn't swollen, it's not hot or anything.

Bitten by one of these cunts this morning. Was inside the sleeve of my fleece. Felt a lump in the sleeve after the bite, and pulled out a partially mangled spider. Never been stung by a wasp/bee so no idea what to compare this to. It's gone down a bit now, and doesn't hurt as much.

100% they're fobbing off old folk. My vulnerable 82 year old stepfather was sent home from hospital with prefilled syringes to inject himself twice a day, but he had to reduce to dose. He can't even fucking see the marks on the syringe. No district nurse was arranged. He was expected to sort things.
