Ruminating on the last few days and I really do think we can no longer rely on the US as an ally. As Europe we need to proceed under the assumption we cannot trust the US to meet their requirements under article 5 and strengthen our bonds with our neighbours on mainland Europe. 1/

#pmqs hearing the conservatives talking about rape gangs. What about sexual abuse in private schools, in the media, in politics, in the Catholic church, abuse of power in the finance sector. They'll pick at dog whilst politics whilst sitting on funding from other evils.

I live with a chronic illness every day, I have a disability under the equalities act but I don't always *feel* disabled. Today I had a pain spike that left me speechless and basically useless at work and I'm still suffering the after effects. Anyone have any pick me ups, aside from pain killers?
