Always confuses me when a patient insists on getting stuff like Tylenol and Benadryl dispensed as a prescription instead of just buying it over the counter, because they think it’s somehow better than what’s available on the shelf.
(I understand when their insurance pays for it.)

I bought advent calendars for the hubs and each of our besties.
I don’t think I’ll be getting one for myself, but I may pick up one for Odyss as well, and he and I can open it together each day, and I’ll revel in his joy.

Got new AirPods Pro 3 using rewards at work (that only took me 11 years to acquire). Pretty massive upgrade from my first gen AirPods Pro.
The sound improvement alone is nice, let alone the other features.

Sleep study results in: I have mild sleep apnea.
Them: one thing is always weight loss.
Me: No thanks. I’m actively working on building up muscle in my chest and upper body; I know this is just gonna get even worse.
So anyway, I am now officially a CPAP user.

One thing I truly appreciate about Odyss is that when the leash isn’t being held, he doesn’t move. I don’t ever have to worry about him running off.

I’ve had a few people in the last week come up and just start talking to me and introducing themselves. Is my RBF fading as I get older?
Or is it just because they see me there often enough that they just feel comfortable talking to me?

It’s nice when you go see a new doctor about some issues (deviated septum), and he’s talking to you about possible surgery and what the recovery process is like. Then he points to my arms and goes, “Well, obviously you exercise, do you just lift weights? You just can’t do any contact sports.”

There are coyote pups in our backyard and they’ve apparently learned to howl/cry.
