The responsibilities have really been a buzzkill lately. On the one hand I feel like my general anxiety score would be lower than normal but whatever points I lost there I’d just pick up on the depression score.

I feel like my mental health is like a jenga tower. It can handle a few pieces here or there getting taken out but then I remember I learned that staying physically active is one of those pieces I can’t remove in the winter without things getting all wobbly.

Whenever I hear a song that hits right I try to take note of it and check out the album. I then inevitably forget everything about the song until I hear it again and the cycle continues.
