When the Proud Boys that stormed the Capitol are pardoned and then become federal law enforcement officers given absolutely immunity by the Trump administration then this is the inevitable horrible result. Being a law enforcement officer requires morals and these ICE agents have absolutely none.

The agent is the only person who is holding the referenced gun owned by the victim. He pulled it out of a waist holster. The victim did not remove his gun from his holster.
