Young people cannot afford a new home, so the GOP proposed a 50 yr mortgage: you pay 25 yrs before gaining any equity, more than doubles the price of your home, IF you're lucky you'll have it paid off by age 75 if you bought it at 25 - JUST IN TIME for your State Govt to take it if you use medicaid
