this is, unfortunately, a good time to remind everybody (myself included) to update their wills and keep in mind what their family members will have to deal with in the absence of certainty should they not have any via their wills. you never know what could happen. it's not just about assets

While I’m glad her children will be taken care of financially, and I hope they get justice, it’s disheartening to see the outpouring of financial support in just 24 hours. Countless detainees who were severely injured by this government go unnoticed. Their GoFundMe’s are ignored. It’s just sad.

My spine was literally popped back into place
Tomorrow is day 3 of treatment (because my right shoulder blade is still an issue, I may have 4 days)
Then I will do another MRI just to have a record of the treatment
But yeah
My inflammation is gone GONE & my back is normal after 2 days
