Our country today doesn’t make a lot of sense for many of us, based on our understanding and expectations of what it can or should be. But we still have the opportunity and responsibility to carry it forward. So what story will we write? (3/3)

None of our stories begin in a vacuum; our narratives intersect and connect with those who come before us and those with whom we interact every day. Sometimes the story we pick up doesn’t make immediate sense, but we still must take it forward in the best ways we are able. (2/3)

At today’s high school writing club, the kids did one of my favorite writing exercises, in which they start a story, then pass it to another student to continue from there. I enjoy it not only for the unhinged narratives, but because it reflects so much of life. (1/3)

My law firm is now litigating 85 voting and election cases in 40 states. This is the largest number of cases in the most states we have ever handled at one time. And, while Big Law firms mostly sit idly by, the need to protect elections in court is only growing.

The Dow was at 43,488 when Trump took office. It just hit 50,000.

So if you had invested $43,488 in the US, you would now have $50,000. But if you had invested the same amount in the rest of the world, you would now be worth $60,000.

Here is my promise: If he does that, we will sue and we will win. Just like we did the last time. www.democracydocket.com/news-alerts/...
Trump: ‘There will be Voter I.D. for the Midterm Elections, whether approved by Congress or not!’
"I have searched the depths of Legal Arguments not yet articulated or vetted on this subject, and will be presenting an irrefutable one in the very near future," wrote Trump, who is not a lawyer.
