I help Procurement transform with tech.

I'm hella more fun on LinkedIn
Procurement talks a lot about supplier diversity.

But what about internal diversity?

Procurement’s unspoken rules still reward class over competence.

Accent, background, postcode ≠ potential.

It’s time we redefine what “professional” really looks like.

Did you know the “weekend” and working only 8 hours per day used to be considered a radical, liberal idea?

139 years ago today, in Bay View, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 7 workers (including a 13 yo) lost their lives to advance this revolutionary idea.

Everyone says AI will break procurement.

But what if AI simply stops the chaos and gives us time to:

think
explore
lead?

The real shift will be how it'll shape the kind of professionals we become.

When people gain real power – knowledge, tools, stability – they don’t burn things down.

They build.

Maybe AI won’t break us.

Maybe it’ll give us space to think, create, and lead better.

Never heard of a country where thousands of people with NO criminal record get sent to prision to another country by a guy who does.
And what does that one guy decide to focus on: Shower pressure.
Making Showers Great again.🙄

Also Procurement: "Payment? You'll get it in 90 days."

Tariffs are good in theory but always end in disaster in practice.

History proved this time&again:

-The Smoot-Hawley Tariff worsened the Great Depression
-Reagans 80s tariffs on Japan hurt US carmakers
-Trumps China tariffs raised costs for Americans

Hopefully this time around the lesson sticks

Let's cut the crap: If Ukraine falls, American safety is at risk.

If Elon thinks standing with Ukraine makes me a traitor, then he knows nothing about keeping America safe.

So the US has officially joined a global human rights watchlist, right up there with Serbia, Pakistan & Congo.

Land of the free, right?

It's a blaring alarm that civil liberties are crumbling under Trump’s second term. The world is watching and the company the US is keeping should scare everyone

If you're 60, 69.1% of all job growth since your birth occurred under Democratic administrations.

If you're 45, that number is 74.7%.

If you're under 30, the number is 100%.
