Especially in light of the tariff nonsense, this is a really good time to start shopping second-hand! Help keep costumes out of landfills and give them new homes and memories 💖 I just successfully rehomed a costume through them myself (just waiting for payment )

If more people recognized that they are in fact disabled, our conversations around disability would be entirely different. We talk a lot about how disability can happen to anyone at any time, but we don't talk enough about how stigma means many people don't acknowledge their existing disability.
People with glasses and contacts have to realize that we have a disability that just happens to be highly accommodated for in modern society and that accommodation is the only reason why poor eyesight is not considered a disability.
