I'm angry at myself right now. Angry that I'm about to delete Bluesky and Twitter off my devices. I just don't have the mental strength to watch the world burn (literally and figuratively) around me day in, day out. It is just too much. Sorry, but I'm tapping out for a bit 😒

The real question is why you would *ever* give an “unprincipled, narcissistic charlatan who doesn't give a damn about democracy” the benefit of the doubt.
And the answer is - not because you were foolish - but because it suited you. Because you lack integrity, decency and wisdom.

No schadenfreude or satisfaction in seeing ‘prominent’ Trump
cheerleaders in the UK finally see the light & change their tune (Andrew Neil is just the latest). Just a low simmer at their toxic blend of arrogance, cupidity & ignorance & the knowledge that the media will still promote their ilk.

Having a bad Monday?

I once emailed a joke to the entire global staff of an international organisation by letting my to: field autocomplete to all@corporation instead of all@myteam and not noticing until after I had clicked send.

Hmmm first impressions here.
1. The good crowd from "the other place" are starting up here.
2. I'm having block a lot of Only Fans "content providers - sigh
3. A lot of them follow 22k members with around 4k following. Without any posts 🙄

I haven't seen any racists but the bots are worrying

On X Lee Anderson has posted ever since being a Tory MP about showing ppl around HOP👇🏼

What he never said is Reform charge £300 for tours ❌

Rules for MPs explicitly forbid the offering of access in exchange for payment ❌

Other MPs have been called to task for doing so, so why haven’t Reform MPs❓

I use creep deliberately, there is no greater creep than a sweaty vocal middle aged man with an unnatural interest in women’s reproductive choices whilst being keen on letting kids drown on small boats and removing benefits from families with lots of children 🤷🏼‍♀️
The religious right are coming for us all bit by bit, creep by creep. In this case the desire to control women by denying choice and control over their own bodies so implying that women require control from lawmakers on the most private and personal aspects of their lives!

People are leaving Twitter because it’s not fun anymore and no one is obligated to be on a platform they don’t enjoy.

It’s not rocket science.

These sort of huge donations from foreigners trying to influence UK politics should be made illegal.
The UK Govt must move swiftly and legislate to cap donations or make foreign donations via a British-based entity illegal.

Musk’s business incited race riots in the UK & spread racist disinformation. He is a state-level threat to the UK & his interference and money need blocked. Now.
Is Elon Musk Planning To Make A 'F*** You Starmer' $100 Million Donation To Reform UK?
