I've seen a lot of people make a lot of good stuff with the Kobra! There's a lot of good options out there, I started on an Ender 3 before I upgraded to the Bambu. I find the Bambu is great for easy printing without a lot of futzing around with the mechanics.

I LOVE when a friend comes to me needing an expensive repair and I can fix it for them for 10 cents, tops. Also as someone who gets obsessive about getting things fixed quickly, I love that I can have replacement parts literally same day

Thank you! I currently have a Bambu P1S, I'm hoping to upgrade to the H2C soon though! I want to start printing multicolor without being so wasteful. The current state of the P1S means wasting way too much plastic for multicolor

I don't even hate the egg and articulated dragon prints themselves, I think they can be cute! But it is shitty to show up to art markets where people are selling original work and just reselling models they found online for free

It sucks! I hate that these dudes get to come in, make their money, completely destroy the reputation of a community, and then run off to take advantage of the next thing.

And they ARE cringe, I'm not defending them. I just think it sucks they tanked a neat technology that I've found very useful because the least creative people on earth thought they could make a quick buck

I love being able to make bespoke repairs for my home and appliances, I love printing fun little toys just for myself. There were so many creative projects being shared online, but once people noticed articulated dragons are cringe, I feel like the community fell apart.

I got into 3D printing cause it was such a neat advancement for toy design but I think the whole hobby has been tanked by get rich quick losers printing dragon eggs.
