I always think in the moba or fighting game terms when I do my upper level analysis
Wrestler in specific can basically be described as "the world's slowest frame trap" (if you know you know)

The whole thing uses MOBA and fighting game methodology; zoning, reach, reads, commitment to your higher risk actions, punish windows when they don't pay off...
The game makes so much more sense when you read it like that instead of a static beatstick turn-based RPG.
