A somewhat daft and unsavoury nerd, driven by madness and doubt, hungering for truth and novelty. Painfully British, puzzlingly male and surprisingly over 40.
In excellent news, last night @f1nn5ter.com announced their involvement with @annehealthcare.bsky.social and helped them to reach their Christmas donation goal in less than an hour. It's great to have wonderful people working tirelessly to aid the trans community.

It's the 89th anniversary of the Battle of Cable Street. The people of London standing up against the British Union of Fascists and the police in defence of refugees. A good example to remember and emulate in these troubled times.

Instead of an account blackout to protest BlueSky’s anti-sex T’s and Cs update, how about you share content from adult creators whose work you love? We’re drowning. It’s not just me, I don’t know anyone who produces adult content who is doing well right now.

@mattgrayy.es Excuse me Matt. My partner is wondering where you got the yellow star Ita bag from the latest Tech Diff video?

Interesting how many modern developments align with ideas that have been around for centuries. For example, nowadays people say "Because of the Algorithm" where they used to say "it must be God's will". Or they say "I love AI!" Where in the past it would have been "Ia! Ia! ChatGPT F'tagn!"

Some say the world will end in fire.
Some say in ice.
Now from what I know of desire,
I hold with those who favour fire.
But if it were to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate,
To say that for destruction ice,
Is also great and would suffice.

@linusmediagroup.com If Linus redoes his little in-home environment sensors then these might be a good power solution!

BREAKING: The Monitors were just hacked at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to display an AI video of Trump licking Elon Musk’s toes.

The caption over it read: “LONG LIVE THE REAL KING.”

Do you think the US will invade Mexico first, Canada first, both at the same time or someone else? I'm leaning towards Mexico but I can see an argument for Canada.

It's rather unpleasant to get shot by a headcanon.

I feel like most years since I was born, there has been the worry that this year the world will end because of people being stupid. Can we take the destruction of the Earth this year as a given and move on to what will go right?

Sad about all the made-up hatred for trans people at the olympics, but very happy about the way the world embraces the athletes. The pistoleers from Korea and Turkey, the swimmers... Maybe we're not done-for just yet.

Went and saw "The Marvels" today. It's had some hate that I don't think it deserves. It's not the greatest film of all time but it's got a great spirit and I enjoyed it greatly. Well worth watching.
