I was talking with a co-worker today and a realization struck me hard. I was born in the U.S. 60+ years ago and while I have agreed/disagreed with the government, I NEVER felt my family or I had fear them. This Trump regime has me terrified. THEY are the terrorists attacking America!

As a casual non-white observer, it’s so bizarre to see folks work so hard to try to prove their superiority over someone like me when they could spend that time actually bettering their own lives and…I don’t know, be happy instead of miserable fucks.

President Biden tried to raise the overtime threshold, which is the point where salaried workers are entitled to earn overtime pay. It would have helped millions. A Trump appointed judge in Texas just blocked it.
