Here’s a spooky mystery for you, this Halloween night. Why are so many people in China & Singapore suddenly pouring onto SP58? It usually gets ~20 a day, but on 23rd Oct something strange happened. More than 2k users yesterday! Is Digi big in China? Will @mrbiffo.bsky.social have to tour like Wham?!

I really enjoyed DIGITISER & Bubblegun Live at Chunky Fringe last weekend. Thanks to @mrbiffo.bsky.social, Sanja and @superpage58.bsky.social.

Biffo's 90min decline on the deflating sofa is really funny when you speed it up over 200x. He looks like he's at the dentist.

Wasn’t Chunky Fringe fun? Yes. Yes it was. If you’d like to relive the whole set of Boiler House performances - including my inexplicable turn as Cliff Richard in ‘Star Wars Episode X: The Naughty Hazard’, you can see the whole live stream here for the next 4 days or so. m.twitch.tv/videos/25830...

And that’s a wrap on Chunky Fringe. Massive thanks to everyone who came, everyone who exhibited or performed, and everyone who made it possible. Special thanks to David Walford for organising and paying for the whole gosh darn thing. Hope you all had fun. Pic courtesy of Peter Kwan.

Chunky Fringe livestream details, for those who can’t make it but would like to watch the fun.
I'm not live *now*...but saying it now as tomorrow I'll likely be prepping in a panic until the last second, then go straight from prep to live with no advance warning!

My aim is 3pm, but might be earlier.

9 years ago we held the first Digifest. It hasn't always been easy since, but I've much to be thankful for, made many new friends, and produced much that I'm proud of. This weekend, Sanja and I will once again take to the stage at Chunky Fringe. Come meet us!

My recollections from jumping on the #teletext bandwagon in 2023, after missing out on the comeback event in 2022 due to uni, relieved that I hadn't missed my last chance.

And if all goes to plan, I'll be back in Harrow this Saturday for #ChunkyFringe 2025!

This happens IMMINENTLY. Come join us for all the Digitiser/teletext/retro tech/silliness you could want for precisely no money down. North London. Saturday. See you there.
One week today... we're going to be doing a whole bunch of nonsense at Chunky Fringe. It's all the fun of Digi Live without us having to spend a fortune on props. Details here: www.arbitraryfiles.com/events/cf25/...
