Limiting the % of dividends large Co.’s could earn and distribute grew the German economy in the 1930’s as the excess was used to purchase government bonds or reinvested into the business.
Laws passed between 1933-37 cannibalized small Co.’s with less than 40K and prevented new Co.’s without 200K

need to kill the recurring thought of "no I can't replay/reread that, I have other stuff to check out"

no. I am a poor little peasant living just after the advent of the printing press. I have five books at most and I will reread them so much they will know the death of the author was caused by me

There are very few true revolutionaries. Allowing ourselves to pretend that Angela Davis is among them is a grave mistake.

None of these Democrats should enjoy a moment's peace.

Cortez Masto (NV)
Durbin (IL)
Fetterman (PA)
Gillibrand (NY)
Hassan (NH)
Peters (MI)
Schatz (HI)
Schumer (NY)
Shaheen (NH)

They've effectively just voted for Donald Trump's agenda without putting up a fight. Never let them hear the end of it.

Expel the yes votes from the party and cut off all their access to fundraising, then remove Schumer from leadership. Anything less is mealy-mouthed coward bullshit.
As this vote moves to the House, I stand with Democratic leadership as they refuse to rubber stamp the full-scale Republican assault on Americans’ health care and I am proud of the majority of Senate Democrats who opposed this vote.

This deal to reopen the government is fucking disgraceful.

Tens of millions will lose their healthcare. Trump will be emboldened.

This is exactly what’s wrong with Democratic Party leadership and why we need more people in Congress who will actually hold the line.

I hate that there are so many people working to make the world a better place. I know them. I promise they're real.

Then these fucking useless twats in control are actively working to make things worse.

It's just disheartening.

It doesn't mean we stop working.

But FUCK.

And the best way to do that is to give up the one bit of leverage you had.

Also, who the fuck is "we" in this? You fuckers haven't done shit.
1. We need to fight hard for a good ACA extension early in December and hold Republicans fiercely accountable if they betray everyone.
