The women who actually use Kenwood Ladies Pond spoke clearly: the 900 members democratically voted to maintain their trans+ inclusive policy, in place since 2019. 🏊‍♀️

There is a learning for all politicians and political parties to take away from yesterday’s voting in the US. Hope, Community, Human Rights and sticking up for each other are all vote winners. Sorting out cost of living, crime and education are seen as hygiene factors that get you to the party.

Having failed to win the Nobel Peace Prize has Trump decided on starting wars in Venezuela and Nigeria and go for the new category of Nobel War Prize? Is making Canada the 51st State still on the table plus taking over Greenland and the Panama Canal?

Horrible. Very concerning. Thoughts and prayers for victims, their families and everyone affected.

So the EHRC didn’t take account of the HRA, the ECHR, the CoE conventions and protocols, UN treaty obligations and other regulations like the Rights of the Child in Scotland or GDPR? And trade obligations, costs to business, inappropriate gender policing and targeting of non feminine women. Never!

When any political party says it wants to exit the ECHR. It has to explain why it wants to take away these rights from every single person in the UK and what is going to be put in its place of equal or better standing. If not we are all worse off.

Sultana needs to stop her idealistic and unreal student behaviour bullshit and keep out of real world politics where people’s lives are at risk day to day.

Well blow me down with a feather. Now tell us about the house in Clacton which was supposed to be bought by Farage but was actually bought by this lady without the obvious means to do so.

It drives me mad people in public office not treating all people with respect and dignity as required by the Parliamentary Code of Practice. Racist behaviour by an MP would likely trigger investigation and possible sanctions under both the Code and the Nolan framework.

Starting December 10, 2025, Australia will enforce a nationwide ban on social media accounts for children under 16. I would support this in the UK.

I am utterly shocked at the people attacking Esther. Absolutely not on. They should be ashamed of themselves. Brianna’s murder was shocking. A mother’s grief is both understandable and her campaign about phones is valid to protect all children.

Government services impacted included HMRC. It could have been the new Digital ID service and then where would everyone have been? #NotoDigitalID
Today's AWS outage, which affected a range of websites and applications—from Signal to Fortnite to key UK government services—reveals the dangers of relying on a handful of Big Tech firms, write Article 19's Corinne Cath and Don Le. These are not glitches; they are democratic failures, they say.
Amazon Cloud Outage Reveals Democratic Deficit in Relying on Big Tech | TechPolicy.Press

Polish PM Donald Tusk: “No one should pressure Zelensky on territorial concessions. We must all pressure Russia to end its aggression. Appeasement has never been the path to a just and lasting peace.”

Just imagine Russia invaded Britain and took land from the Thames Estuary to the tip of the Southern Welsh border and America, with no skin in the game, came along and said we had to give up our territory so Trump could have an easy life. What would you say?

Back to the same old story, Trump talks tough, Putin makes threats and asks for peace talks, Trump backs down, peace promises, Putin bombs the crap out of Ukraine, Trump surprised and disappointed, rinse and repeat. Trump played by Putin like violin. Russia continues threatening the whole of Europe

What has our country come to when we can’t hold a football match safely with an Israeli football team and keep Jewish spectators safe. Our Jewish neighbours should be safe in our country same as all of our minority communities should be. @primeministeruk.bsky.social @conservatives.bsky.social

The @primeministeruk.bsky.social needs to grow up and be an adult. He needs to deal with things as they are now caused by the Labour govt over the last year by their policies not go back to 2016 and a position he has repeatedly promised to make good. Stop blaming others. @conservatives.bsky.social
