I'm sorry if the TSA, FEMA, and the Coast Guard are caught up in DHS funding, but f*ck them now. DHS can NOT be funded without the necessary changes to ICE and CBP! Trump is only allowing FEMA money to GOP states anyway. Murderers must be stopped!
