Carney's speech is interesting in that communists have been saying the same stuff for literal years - decades in some cases - like 'rules based order' is a lie, international justice has selective enforcement, if you're 'not at the table you're on the menu' etc. But we've always been ignored.

All of the Berman era Star Trek shows except for Enterprise had satisfying endings. Babylon 5's ending was great. Breaking Bad's ending was fantastic. Cowboy Bebop's is a masterpiece. I've come to respect Battlestar Galactica's ending as well, tho at the time I found it controversial.
Given that apparently the Stranger Things finale was meh (idk, didn't watch it, just the scuttlebutt) and we're not that far removed from the disastrous GOT finale that retroactively made everyone have never cared about the show:
