Also, they can't force you to pay for services under an IEP. I had a client here in VA who was told they wouldn't implement her son's IEP unless she paid $3000 to be a "classroom sponsor. "

I guess these moves makes sense though they still have a "run it back" feel to them.

Reading the details of Mayor Jones’s medical leave policy is truly flabbergasting. No wonder the city was unable to get anything done when employees were in a position to take practically 1 out of every 4 work days off with pay.

Though Kessler may be retained, even at too high a salary because we simply can't replace EVERYBODY in one window.
