And those don't make sense in the city, but not every project is the same. Which makes setting a blanket 'no' policy irresponsible and anti-growth.

They do not all need to be the size of the massive projects being built in places like Texas. And St. Louis has a lot of industrial areas as well as those that are essentially just warehouses. It is try they make as much sense in outlying counties.

The question is, will the aggressive opposition also nix the potential for these projects in industrial neighborhoods where they make sense?
