Here's a thing I drew a while ago. In the Green Goblin's first appearance, he tricks Spider-man into thinking he's going to be in a movie. There are two panels between which they travel from Hollywood to New Mexico, and I was like, "what happened on that journey??" Well, now we know...
I mean... I'm not NOT interested... 🤔

Before Jackson Guice takes over as penciller, there's a fill-in by the one and only Barry Windsor Smith, providing an epilogue to Armour Wars. Tony Stark has a nightmare where he's forced to confront the victims that his technology may have helped to kill.

MINE! I penciled story titles, and while many recognize my adopting Saul Bass's distinctive ANATOMY OF A MURDER logo/ad design for "The Anatomy Lesson," almost no one ever notes my adopting the United Artists promo dept. lettering for the Sergio Leone 'Dollars' films for tale titles in ST & TYRANT

Hi, @stephenrbissette.bsky.social, do you happen to remember whose idea this was?
So many easter eggs, I wonder whose idea it was to do the Saul Bass Anatomy riff?

Checking out the reviews of Emerald Fennell's Wuthering Heights on Rotten Tomatoes, and came across this snippet. That's a recommendation, if ever I saw one!

Age verification?

I had cassette tapes that had music on one side and pirated computer games on the other side.

I once read a quote that said something like, "your art style is the things you do wrong." I'm currently trying to draw a female character in a Jack Kirby-esque style, but I can't help but "fix" the anatomy, at which point it becomes not-Kirby. That quote was bang on the money!

This is brilliant.
An incredibly silly & well-made short film (it’s literally two minutes) for your Monday:

Really Matthew Broderick?

Pitching AI as 'It will let you take the day off?' Didn't bother to think this one through, did you Bueller.

Mail call! I've done a couple of read-throughs recently that covered the Secret Wars era. I read Secret Wars a while back, but didn't bother with SWII because of its reputation. Figured I'd finally bite the bullet, so at some point I'll read it and whichever crossovers that I have in my collection.

Tron Ares achieves the admirable feat of making the light cycles boring. And I swear to god, Nine Inch Nails have been rehashing that same monotonous dirge for the last 15 years.
