Just awful. People (like Ryan mentioned in the article, who is living out of his van) have been staying awake all night for weeks keeping watch over the memorial for this exact reason.

In art school, a required freshman assignment was to design a lamp. Both stores were on the suggested materials list. Just Bulbs salespeople were the nicest and most helpful. Just Shades wanted nothing to do with us art kids.
