Career, non-partisan prosecutors are resigning because they were pressured to chase political narratives instead of investigate an ICE shooting. When professionals who protect justice are pushed out, accountability dies. This isn’t law and order, it’s politics over truth

This week: we execute a U.S. citizen.

Next week: we take over elections to stop “fraud.”

It's so transparent what's going on here.

Officer 2: “Get out of here!”

The confusion is not surprising. The shooting officer had his phone out too.

This deserves a clear and fair investigation

An ICE officer killed an innocent Minneapolis woman. Federal claims of “absolute immunity” don’t erase basic legal accountability; officers can be held liable if they break the law and don’t act within clearly established rights. It’s wrong to shield bad actions.

Today marks 15 years since Gabby Giffords was shot at a constituent meeting, in an attack that killed 6 and wounded 13.
I am proud to cosponsor a bipartisan, bicameral resolution to honor the victims and their families today, and recommit to ending gun and political violence.

The video is clear, she was driving away and got murdered by a trigger happy ICE Agent.

Make no mistake, ICE is being told from higher up to be more aggressive and assertive. They want compliance and control.

I don't recognize my country anymore.

Trump says his only limit is his “morality.” That alone should terrify everyone. He doesn’t respect laws, the Constitution, or consequences. Congress has enough to impeach him now. Republicans need to get off this ride before he drags us somewhere we can’t return from.

If your heart is breaking right now, it means you still care. That matters. Talarico in Texas says it plainly: we have to vote with our hearts, reject billionaire rule, and remember who government is supposed to serve. November matters.

2026 starts just like last year with Trump. Immigration borders “closed,” drugs flowing just fine. Tax dollars shipped overseas instead of fixing real problems here. Promised no wars, delivers chaos. Apparently this is what “winning” looks like.

I oppose authoritarian leaders who cling to power, but U.S. military force to oust Maduro raises serious legal and ethical concerns under international law, risks regional instability, and should not be the tool for democratic change. Sovereignty and diplomatic solutions matter.

Mike Johnson closed the House down early to avoid a vote on extending ACA tax credits. Nice try, Mike—all that does is give us more time to rally up support.

Let's get loud as hell, folks, and make sure every member of Congress knows where we stand:

A few reminders about the SCOTUS immunity decision for Presidents:

It does not provide immunity for prior crimes.

It does not provide immunity to the President's cabinet.

Similar to Roe v. Wade, it can be overturned in the future.
