Steph, she/her, Sheffield. I like reading, hanging out with my 3 legged adoptive son, and going on nice walks maybe involving pubs.

I finished Orbital a few days ago, and while it was beautifully written, I was left feeling slightly underwhelmed 😭

He’d also taken the side of the rioters trying to burn down hotels with refugees in them as being “the true voice of Britain”. The fucker’s a straightforward fascist nowadays, it’s such a shame to see.
Linehan supporting the religious, anti-abortion, anti-migrant Right in #GE24 is a warning sign. Transphobia is a gateway drug.
Linehan is now further to the right than any of the three priests on Craggy Island. I can't imagine Jack, Dougal or Ted bring impressed by Aontú.

Remember when the Met told us to phone a friend to confirm that a police officer was really a police officer.

I’m not afraid of fake police officers, the real ones are danger enough

A pigeon flew into my office earlier this year and a colleague GRABBED IT WITH HIS BARE HANDS AND LOBBED IT OUT YHE THE WINDOW. Unhinged behaviour. This is the appropriate level of respect/panic.
By popular request, a throwback to June 2021 and the day I successfully rescued/duelled a pigeon.
