Back in the days when a normal TV show was 24 episodes long. Season 2 just started 5 mins ago. Lol. I fucking love this show.
And it just started today. Currently on episode 10 from season 1 (Fallen Angel).

Pluto TV now has an X Files channel which is currently streaming all 11 seasons from the beginning. Excuse me while I don’t leave my couch until I have to go back to work next week.

I was very much not able to watch the Oilers closely tonight, but from what I did see, they looked like the better team but lost the goaltending battle. Is this true? Because I am reading otherwise and I just did not see what others saw as a dominant game from Boston.

Oilers haven’t been horrible, but they haven’t been very good either. Mostly keeping the Jets to the outside defensively, but not really doing much offensively at 5v5. Pickard has been excellent when needed.

Nuge ends up with the extra 2 for roughing. The hit from behind by Pionk does not get penalized. 🤷🏼♂️

The Oilers have been completely flat in every aspect of this game. 97 the only one showing any urgency, but even he’s been sloppy.

My least favourite trend in posting on FB and Insta right now are those videos with no sound and just a person staring at the camera or taking a sip of coffee with a smug look on their face and a text overlay of their opinion on whatever (usually something mundane).

I wanted the Oilers to make a move in net and they have. I would have much preferred a Jarry/Skinner tandem over Jarry/Pickard. No retention is also less than ideal.

When I have said that Smith wants absolute authority to dictate every facet of your life, I meant it. She is a sociopathic megalomaniac who believes that governance exists for the exertion of power, not for the purpose of responsible stewardship.

I don’t think the Oilers have a 16-game win streak in them this year, so they better start winning more than once every 3 or 4 games. They can take all the positives they want from tonight’s game, but they still lost. Need to figure out how to get something, anything out of the bottom 6.

Oilers played great. Difference was one soft goal against and a goalie who just can’t be beat on the other side.
