America is a place where systemic abuse is the norm. We can’t condone a system that treads on everyone and hold back until it treads on us. I went into public service to help others, but only now are people really paying attention to the systemic abuses baked into 🇺🇸 life.
Whether public or private employer, employees only prevail in matters against employer-based retaliation, discrimination or harassment ~2% of the time. It’s about the same rate as victims of sexual assault. Neither employees nor sexual assault victims are some disgruntled group hoping to file claims

I’m not sure where the American Govt goes from here. I was raised in foster care as a ward of the state. I started working in public service in high school. I’m a relator on longterm scopes of fraud perpetrated by Seattle DOT crossing 3 POTUS admins.
