Vallor's paper really hit the students hard - it was about up-skilling cases where automation replaces a useless skill and gives us more time, vs. cases where automation replaces a crucial skill and de-skills us, makes us fall out of practice. Her core cases are about AI-based moral judgment.

Job seekers / LinkedIn users - a lot of scam companies use Linkedin to fabricate a legitimate image. When ur web browser produces no links showing a company is real when you search if it’s legit, it obviously is not. Always QA/QC those links. Don’t get trapped into feeding ur data to organized crime

I don’t know, some of the best defensive moves in the U.S. are the porch cameras catching bad LEOs and DHS on camera because they think about a phone they can take, but not the home cameras. Are there other good camera brands to use in place of ring?

#5KADay 592 #running 5km Friday, escaped outside at 50 AQI, asthma break at 3.3 km for inhaler/💦, 5’55” avg pace, 29:38 (4 seconds to stop watch), Felt like 🏃 in cement, once u run 18 continuous mins it helps your VO2Max score and I was pushed up to 39 (40 has been my dream goal), #Runchat #Runsky

I snuck outdoors yesterday (Friday, 23 January) for #running with #EosinophilicAsthma in El Cerrito California. The AQI hit 54 at ~ 11 a.m. by the end of my 🏃♀️. Before 8a.m. today (Saturday) it’s already 70 😖. So glad I got outside. I do have that sickly anemic feeling as air pollution goes on 🤢😷
