The FCC controls communications by radio, television, wire, internet, Wi-Fi, satellite, and cable. The FCC regulates areas such as broadband access, fair competition, media responsibility, public safety, and homeland security. Did you read “FTC” in place of “FCC” or something?

The biggest thing tho that put us off this practice is that b4 inspecting sores on 🐕, vet claimed that licking is “never behavioral” and wanted to sell us the 8 wk rx food plan. The same day vet appointment slot alone was $150…and the cytology slides were positive for non-transmissible bacteria

he’s never had a tech not greet him and immediately jump into the exam.” I enabled Google Gemini to look them up yesterday and it relayed that Indeed.com employee reviews call it a toxic workplace with high turnover, not enough staff, etc, so it made more sense. PE owns ~ 75% of California vets 😢

Also, first time since 2011 where neither the vet tech nor the vet greeted our dog when coming into the room, ignored him while spending time at the computer, and then were surprised he didn’t want them shoving things at him. When he backed away from the vet I literally said “he’s scared because

finally came in they wanted to discuss excessive licking and put him on an 8-week rx food regimen (yes, they get $$ from it and provide it). My chill hubby got 😣 & refocused them on the accute care we were there for. And “cocci” covers a huge swath of dog illnesses so the premium vet care was 💩

TLDR, 🐶 put on medication for asymptomatic diagnosis in Denver that wrecked his stomach and immune system ahead of our CA move, then Tuesday the vet said 🐶 had “cocci” & gave us no paperwork or deets, we were mostly with a vet tech. Despite us being there for skin sores at premium pay appt, when vet

When will the FCC act? Suppose the regulatory body’s hands are tied now that it’s fully clear that U.S. watchdogs aren’t really allowed to fulfill their regulatory roles, after all, it’s always been like this at NLRB and EEOC only acting properly on a tiny % of cases, throwing crumbs to workers.

The article explains the very watered down non-specific letter Seattle finally issued to the FTA, likely because someone in SDOT accurately pointed out how irregular it would look if SDOT issued no, likely the probable leaker (good work!) or someone working with the leaker.

Dogs 🐕 certainly help us cope.

This is just the glossing over of what I deal with. Some days I feel great overall, some hours of the day I wonder why I keep feeding the unethical capitalist US healthcare machine and dream of a forever nap 🥺

Obviously, there is a whole range of autoimmune disorders out there and most of us never get fully diagnosed as we’re predominantly women and start to quiet down when our basic needs start getting met. As a tip, I find Australia to be advancing in women’s med & posting research seminars on youtube

Darn, really sorry about our similar experiences. Doing vax therapy for me (renewing all my vax + getting those recommended for 65 yr olds even tho I’m not) + staying bi-weekly on RX B12 even after initial 3 mo treatment really helped. Also still take rx vitamin D and only up to 42 after ~ 3 yrs 🤭

Vet also explained Ash on the phone today that Ash isn’t contagious that only other immune-compromised dogs can get sick like he is at the moment. He wasn’t having many symptoms, poor little guy, but when he got nodules on his muzzle we hopped to it.
November 13, 2025 at 1:27 AM
Oh right, what the doctor explained today (and apologized for the confusion) is that Ash doesn’t have coccidia parasite or fungus but rather the bacteria that is cocci shaped, but they didn’t culture. They just needed to know if it was bacterial, parasite, yeast, fungus to see what med to use.

We use foot wipes and everything. The vet on today’s call indicates furbaby got sick from weakened immune system. As a human that survived immune system deficiency after covid, I understand it…at least in a human case I got vax therapy. Ashby is current on all his vaxes too 🥹

Either these towns r selling out their taxpayers….or the leadership is making the likes of Meta, Amazon AWS & others pay for the electricity infrastructure required for these data centers. I’ve heard only Nevada has been making these data centers pay up rather than avg rate payers, like renters.

Thank you so much for the support. He still is holding the antibiotic down because his tummy is so wrecked so little 🐶 just got antinausea med. Hopefully things start turning around.

Thank you for the good vibes. This is all ruff on the heals of moving too

My hubby loves being a good samaritan, but sometimes your family has to come first, especially as private equity buying up vet care and influencing extras as faux necessities is all skyrocketing costs.
November 13, 2025 at 12:42 AM
And the main reason Murray did that - while Harrell had pushed thru a comp plan that hurt accessible housing infill - was that Murray wanted more federal grants. Even had me at SDOT trying to get me to hunt USDOT grants for Yesler underpass cleanups. Would not accept there was no fed DOT $$ 🤭

It’s really important that US Cities continue to elect candidates that Commercial $$$ Backers Oppose. Seattle and NYC did good in 2025.
