One of the strangest aspects of aging that they don't warn you about is watching as history gets rewritten right in front of your face and people 20 years younger than you confidently tell you about something you lived through and get it completely wrong.

I feel like iOS sleeps apps faster and more aggressively than android. People comparing them talk about how quickly iOS can open apps from cold but my experience is it has to do that way more often than my android phones did. Apps I *just used* have to do a full boot up with logo and black screen.

Had my first experience just now with an AI "representative" on a company's phone line and let me tell you it was very obvious and not helpful.
