just in case anyone else is like me and overwhelmingly getting the impression that wizards of the coast does not want them to be excited for Lorwyn
I think the Universes Beyond business model makes a lot more sense when you start to think of us players/collectors as the product, and potential licensing partners as the customer base.

i love when event streams have this view of the convention hall. there's something special about the feeling you get when you look up from your or your friend's match and realizing you hadn't noticed how empty the hall had gotten over the last 30 minutes or so. the weekend is over.

hey random thought but does anyone remember that time every D&D content creator under the sun told their viewers to boycott D&D Beyond and it almost immediately torpedoed the upcoming edition's business model so bad that the rules to D&D became creative commons?
i don't feel like magic set surveys usually have this question and i don't appreciate the implication that content creators, who do so so much for the game, are possibly to blame for a bad set's poor performance. 👎

Designing and curating a #MTGCube is the healthiest thing you can possibly do for your engagement with Magic. Ruling your own little domain of Magic that includes what you like and excludes what you don't will re-contextualize the way you look at spoilers, cards you own, and your LGS's stock.
